Bdotnet Azure session 8th Aug 2009

B.NET Azure Series [Cloud Computing]

DateTime: 8th Aug 2009 – 11:00AM to 01:00 PM
B.NET Azure Series – It’s cloudy out there! No, we don’t mean the Monsoon or the rains that we Bangaloreans typically experience during this part of the year. The whole industry is abuzz with terms like SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and of course Cloud Computing. B.NET brings you a series of sessions on the Microsoft Cloud Computing platform – Windows Azure. Spread across 6 sessions of 90 minutes each, this series takes you through the nuts and bolts of Windows Azure. Some of the key concepts of Windows Azure like the Fabric, Web Role, Worker Role, Tables, Blobs, Queues and configuration will be covered in-depth in the sessions. By end of the series, you would be able to architect cloud services for Azure or migrate your existing applications to the Azure platform.

What’s more? Those members who attend all the 6 sessions and successfully complete a quiz by the end of the series stand to win cool prizes from our sponsors!
